The E-Waste World Conference & Expo was successfully held in Messe Frankfurt, Germany, from November 30 to December 1, 2021. We were honored to be invited to participate in this conference. We presented a keynote address entitled ‘Research on Intelligent Equipment Technology for EV Battery Recycling’ on the afternoon of Nov. 30.
The E-Waste World Conference & Expo is the largest international exhibition on the collection, sorting, and recycling of e-waste in Europe in 2021. The conference was attended by more than 500 experts and academics from nearly 60 countries around the world. Among the topics discussed at the conference were the latest recycling technologies, material recovery solutions, recycled electronics innovations, sustainable materials, and end-of-life strategies for e-waste.
Cyclewell was invited to the conference because of its success in developing an integrated intelligent recycling system and equipment for spent lithium batteries. This was in coordination with the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This has been a breakthrough in key lithium battery recycling technologies. For lithium battery recycling companies worldwide, it solved their main problems.
Cyclewell has provided an overview of the challenges faced by the development of intelligent power battery recycling equipment and our efforts to support the circular economy and low-carbon futures at the conference.
The presentation centered on Cyclewell’s technical developments in the field of intelligent lithium battery recycling equipment, and in particular ‘lithium battery directional dissociation recycling equipment.’ The whole set of equipment offers many advantages including automated operation, more environmentally friendly technology, stable performance as well as a higher added value. This fully reflects Cyclewell’s achievements, which were well accepted by technical experts from various countries.
This conference provided Cyclewell with an opportunity to gather information on the international trend and policy of power battery recycling, listen to the latest findings and technologies from top experts, and engage in in-depth discussions with many potential overseas partners, which was a huge benefit for Cyclewell with regard to expanding overseas markets.
