On November 29, the “Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Rare Earth Tungsten Industry Chain Specialized and New Intellectual Property Rights Phase 1-5 Asset-backed Special Plan” was officially issued on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and completed the loan of 200 million yuan for 10 enterprises in the zone, realizing the “two zero breakthroughs” of intellectual property securitization products in the province and the intellectual property securitization products of the national rare earth tungsten industry, which is another major innovative measure to promote high-quality development and a milestone event in the history of the development of intellectual property finance in Jiangxi Province.

It is reported that the shelf scale of the intellectual property securitization project is 1 billion yuan, the first phase of issuance is 200 million yuan, the term is 3 years, and the coupon rate of the product is 4.5%. In accordance with the principle of “market-led, government subsidies and enterprise sharing”, the project helped 10 high-quality enterprises in the region to achieve financing by giving full play to the advantages of the core competitiveness of intellectual property rights, making their debut in the capital market, opening up a new path for capital market financing, which has attracted great attention from the province, and the Provincial Market Supervision Administration and the Provincial Government Financial Office issued a document to promote the experience of intellectual property securitization reform in Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone in the province.
