Cyclewell entered the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for the first time

On the morning of December 27, the “Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Rare Earth Tungsten Industry Chain Specialized and New Intellectual Property Phase 1 Asset-backed Special Plan” was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, which was the first successful intellectual property securitization product in Jiangxi Province, achieving “zero breakthrough” in the province’s intellectual property securitization products and “zero breakthrough” in the national focus on intellectual property securitization products in the rare earth tungsten industry.

In accordance with the principle of “market-led, government subsidies, and enterprise sharing”, the project successfully helped 10 high-quality scientific and technological innovation enterprises to be listed in the Economic and Technological Development Zone to debut in the capital market for financing, realizing the transformation of “knowledge” into “assets” and effectively boosting the development of industrial clusters.

Ganzhou Cyclewell Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) is one of the 10 high-quality enterprises to be listed in the project, and the company’s chairman Ou Hancheng and vice chairman Yang Guanghua were invited to participate in the listing ceremony as representatives of the company.

The company has been established for three years. In the past three years, the company has been recognized as a national high-tech enterprise and a specialized and special new enterprise in Jiangxi Province, selected into the list of 100 science and technology enterprises in 2023 for the cultivation of “seedlings”, rated as an innovative small and medium-sized enterprise in Jiangxi Province, and has science and technology innovation platforms such as Ganzhou Key Laboratory, the first batch of “Science and Technology Innovation Enclaves” in Ganzhou, Ganzhou Enterprise Technology Center, and Ganzhou Expert Workstation, and two science and technology innovation projects have been awarded by Ganzhou Technology Innovation Award.

With the help of the “Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Rare Earth Tungsten Industry Chain Specialized and Special New Intellectual Property Phase 1 Asset-backed Special Plan”, the company will, as always, adhere to the evaluation system of technology, economy and carbon emissions, continue to make efforts in the research and development of advanced SPR recycling technology for lithium batteries, provide overall solutions of “resource utilization, core equipment design and development, carbon footprint accounting/management”, produce green recycled battery materials, help customers reduce the carbon intensity of products, and achieve sustainable development and ESG advantages of customers.
